All domestic orders will be fulfilled by UPS or USPS. International orders are fulfilled by UPS or DHL at the customer's discretion. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information by Email and SMS text. An order is no longer the responsibility of Napoly Menswear once it has been picked up and received by a shipping carrier. Any order that has been damaged or lost during shipment is not the responsibility of Napoly Menswear and cannot be returned; you should start a claim with the shipping carrier that was used.
* NOTICE: For hats, especially straw, or any un-crushable hat, we recommend shipping the item with USPS. We've had issues with other carriers where hats in particular would consistently get damaged during shipment; USPS has caused us significantly less issues in terms of hats arriving in one piece. Circumstances will always vary, but we believe this to be the safer option for this item.
